Bollywood Khans are Hug Each Other at Iftar Party

Bollywood actors the khan’s join hands at Baba Siddique’s Iftar party on Saturday night. This is the first time in the last five years that both the Khans’ have acknowledged each other’s being there.

Both stars were seated the chief minister’s table, along with other ministers and important guests. Salman Khan walked around the table greeting people. When Salman Khan reached Shah Rukh’s side, one could feel the tension in the air.

Everyone waited would happen next. Shah Rukh Khan kept an immediately face and looked ahead to avoid an awkward moment. That’s when Salman Khan valved him on his shoulder and extended his hand for a shake. Shah Rukh Khan also got up and hugged him.

This beautiful and excitement moment all are began clicking pictures. A source present said, “They did not speak after that. If Salman had ignored only Shah Rukh at the table, it would have been very uncomfortable for everyone present at the Iftar party. It was really gracious of him to make the first move. Sharuk, was quick to react with a warm smile and a genuine hug.”

Could you please ask your followers if they believe it is okay for a woman to propose to a man. The reason I am asking this is that today I and my cousin were watching the reality TV show Love and Hip Hop and one of the ladies on the show proposed to her love interest. My cousin then said ''she has no self respect''. I was rather shocked because my cousin is female and I did not expect this from her. My point is that, it is the 21st century. I do appreciate that not everyone and even some females do not believe in gender equality but I just want to understand why this is such a big deal.

Fire Guts Visafone Office In Lagos

Hell seemed let lose, Tuesday at Saka Tinubu, Victoria Island, Lagos, when fire broke out at the national sales office of Visafone Communications Limited.

No life was lost, recharge cards and equipment, said to be worth millions of naira, were lost to the fire which lasted for hours.

Although the cause of the fire could not be ascertained, firefighters told newsmen that the fire began on the ground floor of the building.

The fire was said to have started from the vault, where recharge cards are stored.

Director, Lagos State Fire and Safety Service, Razaq Fadipe, was quoted as saying that over 50,000 litres of water was used in putting out the fire, yet it proved difficult to put out because of the peculiarity of the building.

According to him, “There was fire outbreak around 12.56pm at 33 Saka Tinubu Street, Victoria Island, which is where the national sales office of Visafone is located. We rushed down to the scene and were able to evacuate all the occupants of the building.

“Initially, we thought the fire was on the first floor because of the direction of the smoke but we later discovered that the fire was from the recharge room otherwise known as the vault. There was no water at the company so I had to get three fire trucks from Onikan, Eti-Osa and Lagos Island fire stations.

“The Federal Fire Service also provided a truck of water but the fire proved stubborn. Each truck contains 10,000 litres and they all had to refill twice each in order to put out the fire. The office was arranged in such a way that hindered our work.”

Fadipe stressed the need for companies to organise fire drills for their staff as this would let them know what to do in case of fire.

Son Stabs His Father Because He Wanted To Know What It Feels Like To Kill Someone

A teenage boy stabbed his father because he was curious about what it would feel like to kill someone.

18-year-old Bamboo Flute Blanchard allegedly picked up a knife, said, "I wonder what it would be like to take a life," then walked to his father's bedroom and plunged the knife into the man's chest.

When he was questioned by the police, he only responded with grunts.

However, one of his siblings revealed that his brother suffered from mental illness, and has been in and out of mental health facilities.

The father survived the stabbing and is expected to recover.
