Celebrity Big Brother 2006 winner and Paris Hilton look-a-like, Chantelle, got her new breasts.

She showed off at the fifth lingerie store in Chelmsford, Essex on wednesday. She really wanted to have her boobs done during their time with ex-husband, Samuel Preston, but he rejected it. Now Sam is out of her life, she had her new cuddly and big tits with her.
