My week one weight loss was 4lbs which I was extremely happy about but I have now managed to double that and for week 2 I have reached my first goal which was to lost half a stone (I have in fact lost 8lbs so a 1lbs over my first goal.
This is now the hard part! The challenge now is the 2nd goal which is to reach my first 1 stone loss by the end of November!
Due to the fact I have been so busy, I didn't manage to get to the gym or do my exercise DVDs so for week 2 I had to reduce my portions so that the energy natural spent was more than I was consuming. This is a good tip for those of you following! Essentially it is all about calories in vs calories out. It's not magic, it's math!
So I now embark on week 3.
GOAL: To reach 1 stone loss by the end of November
Keep my portions small
Fill up on raw vegetables and fruit
Replace snacking with home made vegetable soups.
Fit in gym time.
