Akon throwing a fanAfter the issue of a 15-year old sex simulation scandal, Akon must also deal with the Fishkill incident where he hoisted the fan across his shoulders, and threw him into the crowd. Akon was charged of endangering the welfare of a minor, second-degree harassment, and misdemeanor. And he is scheduled to appear on court on December 3.
