Spotted: Britney Spears Wears A Bikini Poolside

Every day a multitude of stars wanders through the halls of MTV News to talk about their latest projects and goof around with staff members. But sometimes we catch stars elsewhere, and that's why we put together Spotted!, a daily compendium of stars in the wild.

Having just announced that Jordin Sparks will be joining her on her incredibly successful "Circus" tour, Britney Spears paid a visit to the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Marina Del-Ray, California, for a little fun in the sun with her son. Spears and offspring Jayden James (he'll turn three years old in September) tossed on their bathing suits and chilled poolside for a little while. She's enjoying a little downtime from her jaunt across the world before starting back up again in Canada on Thursday. From there, she hits Madison Square Garden in New York and crosses North America again before heading to Australia in November. No doubt she'll hit up plenty of hotel pools along the way.

Spears isn't the only star playing it casual over the weekend.
