2011 Catalunya Grand Prix Live Results: The fifth race of MotoGP season will be the Gran Premi Aperol de Catalunya on June 5. Training held on June 3, after qualifying on June 4 and June 5 of the last race.

Current state of things, Jorge Lorenzo leads the points table now on his Yamaha with 78 points but he is followed closely by the two Honda riders, Casey Stoner and Dani Pedrosa.

Pierre has 66 points to his name whereas Pedrosa is on 61 points and that will mean that the competition is stiff between these riders.

Unfortunately, Pedrosa was injured in the previous race and will be looking that he can get in fit before this race.

If he misses out, then there is a good chance that they will struggle to return to claim the title too easily, given the form shown by some of the other drivers.

Catalunya circuit is 4.727 miles long and 12 meters wide, the lower left corner for five left corners and eight right corners. This was last modified 1995, after being built in 1991 and promises to draw a good race.
