Well I am a day late in reporting so I apologies about that! BUT good news...in fact, GREAT news!
WEEK 1 RESULTS FOR PROJECT SIZE 10....
4lbs LOSS
I am really pleased with this as the average (and no doubt next weeks) is 2-3lbs loss so yay for determination and project planning!! This little idea is getting a great following with friends and I am so pleased my blog is helping some of you out.
To summarize what I did this week to loose the 4lbs
1- Cut out dairy. If you want tips to a 'Lactose free lifestye' check out www.lactofree.co.uk/

2- Cut out all wheat. Wheat is another killer for that horrible mid drift ring (also known as the muffin top)

3- For the first week I ate from the following food groups.
Meat, Fish, Vegetables, Salad and Fruit.

GOAL FOR WK 2:
My goal for this week is to add exercise in to my busy schedule so lets see how that goes.
As it is cold I am thinking of trying some fitness DVD's... I will let you know what works!!
